ISR registration and enrollment process
Secure your child's spot in swim lessons using our convenient scheduling calendar. We advise booking several months in advance as lessons tend to fill up fast. Your deposit is due upfront to reserve their lessons. Once lessons are scheduled, you'll receive a personalized registration link via email to complete ISR's registration a month before lessons start.
ISR registration is not required for Stroke lessons.
Our swim lessons are offered at different locations:
ISR Lessons: For most of the year, we swim at our private heated outdoor pool near Spring Creek Parkway and Independence Rd. in Plano. In the Winter, we swim at our indoor heated pool near Jupiter Rd. and President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) in East Plano.
Stroke Lessons: We swim at a private heated outdoor pool near Spring Creek Parkway and Dallas North Tollway (DNT) in Plano.

ISR Self-Rescue™ swim lessons prepare your child to save themselves in a water emergency. While lessons typically take 6 weeks, ongoing instruction is important to ensuring their skills stay sharp as they grow and develop. *PM lessons are priced at $1,200/Session

FOR ADVANCED SWIMMERS
per session
*Private lessons $350 / week
Stroke lesson help build strong swim technique in a variety of strokes. Lessons are 20 minutes and scheduled Mon–Thurs in afternoons and evenings. Swimmers must be at least 4 years old. Two weeks of instruction is recommended. We offer both semi-private (2 students) & private lessons.

Freestyle
Backstroke
Diving safety
Breaststroke and sidestroke
Butterfly (kick and full stroke)
Rotary breathing
