Message to parents
Hello, I’m Madison Brownfield, the owner of ISR Plano and a proud ISR parent. I'm a Plano native who briefly lived in Lubbock and Colorado before returning to Plano with my husband to raise our daughter. With a background that spans working as a nanny, a Montessori teacher, a student teacher in Lubbock ISD, and a PASAR Site Manager for Plano ISD, I've gained extensive experience with children of all ages. While I've loved each role for different reasons, my true passion lies in contributing to children’s learning and development and building connections with their families.
In addition to my training as an Certified ISR Instructor, my foundation in Early Childhood Development, provides me with a profound understanding of children's emotional and physical development from birth to 6 years old. My own daughter successfully completed the ISR program at just 18 months old, and witnessing her rapid acquisition of aquatic survival skills and self-sufficiency in the water was truly inspiring.
This transformative experience led me to become an ISR Self-Rescue™ program instructor.

OWNER & ISR INSTRUCTOR
Madison Brownfield
Madison Brownfield is a Certified ISR Instructor and the owner of ISR Plano. She specializes in teaching infant and toddler beginners from 6 months through 6 years old and works one-on-one with over 150 students each year. Madison trained under Master and Senior Master ISR Instructors and is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and individualized instruction. She has also been recognized as a Top 20 ISR Instructor worldwide for student registrations, reflecting the trust so many families place in ISR Plano each year. As ISR Plano has grown, she has also had the opportunity to mentor and support new instructors. Madison is passionate about equipping children with life-saving self-rescue skills and providing families with confidence and peace of mind around the water.
Kylie Juarez
WSI Stroke Instructor
Kylie Juarez is a WSI-certified Stroke Instructor with a strong background in swim instruction. She brings years of experience teaching swimmers of all ages, from beginners as young as 3 months old through adults, as well as working with more advanced swimmers in swim team preparation. Kylie has previously managed a swim school and has extensive experience planning and leading programs at church camps and events. Drawn to the water from a young age, she grew up swimming whenever she could. Originally from Arkansas, Kylie recently moved to Plano and is excited to join the ISR Plano team.
