Our approach to swim survival training
With just 10 minutes of swimming per day, for six weeks, watch as your child grows into a skilled and confident ISR Self-Rescue™ expert. Our first three steps teach children to rescue themselves by floating or swimming to safety until help arrives - and refreshing their skills as they grow.
Once a child is ready to advance their skills, our stroke lessons help strengthen swimming technique, breathing control, and endurance - while still emphasizing safety.
